Partners and Collaborators
The path to a more organic, self-sustained lifestyle is a journey that starts with small, manageable steps, and leads us down a path which introduces us to good friends, great insights, and a network with partners and collaborators. Here are some of the friends and resources that have been part of our delightful and fortunate journey.
Joan Palmer
Founder and Director of the Institute Of Sustainable Nutrition (TIOSN)
This is the school which has propelled my journey to understanding the deeper science behind it all. TIOSN integrates traditional food wisdom with the science of nutrition creating an innovative model of holistic health education.
Classes infuse the hands-on components of sustainable regenerative gardening, culinary skills, kitchen medicine, and sustainable foraging to skillfully weave together the relationship between soil health, human health, and environmental sustainability.
I am proud to collaborate with this team of experts in the areas of nutrition, kitchen medicine, herbs and herbal remedies, culinary skills, food sensitivities and more.
Brian is the best farmer I know of. His ability to incorporate regenerative and no-till farming concepts into practice are both innovate and productive. He has established a continually improving gold standard in regenerative gardening.
